BACKGROUND

Company Image Roy Moranz has an extensive background in multiple different vertical markets, anything from web and creative, to working with BioMetric profiling technologies for the government. Here is a glimps of exposure below:
  • Prowess Corporation in Seattle, Consultant/Program Manager managing relations and numerous programs with and for Microsoft, as well as supporting internal product development.
  • Kintera in San Diego, managing the operations of the product management group for the best performing IPO of 2004.
  • AERODYTE in San Diego, working in Business Development for companies such as NxLight, Kintera and Park City Entertainment.
  • Digital Signatures Trust (fka Identrust) as a Sr. Project Manager managing sophisticated Public Key Infrastructure (Identity and Biometrics) implementations for the Federal Government.
  • Albertsons as a Business Analyst Consultant working on delta (change) projects ranging from $5m to $25m, with returns in upwards of 1/2 billion in a 5 year period. He manged on upwards of 150 resources and 15 very large projects at any given time. Noted by Arthur Anderson as being the largest re-engineering projects of the decade.
  • Parsons Brinckerhoff Quade and Douglass, where I developed/coded document control, transmittal tracking and conceptual estimating systems.
